  • Joe Hart is a 4th generation Arizonan and a lifetime resident of Kingman, Arizona. He has been married to Rhonda for 43 years and has 4 daughters and 10 grandchildren.

 

  • Joe served in the Arizona House of Representatives for 10 years, including a term as Speaker Pro Tempore, as well as serving as the Chairman of several influential committees such as Public Institutions and Universities, Environment, and Government Operations. In addition, Joe served as the Chairman of the Subcommittee for Appropriations.

 

  • During his 10 years at the Arizona Legislature, Joe championed the Abandoned Mine Safety Fund legislation to protect the public and supported legislation to require mining operations to be reclaimed for post-mining uses.

 

Joe worked at the Duval Mining Corporation for 20 years. During his tenure, Joe worked in many aspects of the mining industry, including time as Safety Supervisor. He has also worked in the broadcasting industry, Hart to Hart Trucking, Black Mountain Cattle Company, and several other industries.
